2. Products Offered

All products are handmade candles produced in small batches. Each item is unique and may vary slightly in colour, fragrance, or appearance. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and are not contractual.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT. KiwiCreations reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the customer will be charged the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The order process includes:

  • Selecting products

  • Reviewing your cart

  • Secure payment

  • Email confirmation

KiwiCreations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the case of an ongoing dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods as per the website.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available within France and across the European Union. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. KiwiCreations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return or refund.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email nicky.kiwicreations@gmail.com within 48 hours, ideally with a photo. We will arrange a refund or replacement and cover return shipping if required.

10. Data Protection

KiwiCreations is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is only used to process and fulfil your order. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information by contacting us via email.

11. Applicable Law & Disputes
