Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We offer home delivery and delivery to pickup points (relay) across France.

• All orders are shipped via trusted carriers MONDIAL RELAY or La Poste via COLISSIMO.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders Processed

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

• We only ship candles within France. For international orders, please contact us directly.

• All products comply with French and EU regulations, including proper CLP and AFNOR labelling in French.

Returns & Damages

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the candle is unused and unlit.

• To initiate a return, contact us at nicky.kiwicreations@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
