Returns & Refunds

We really hope you love your order — everything at KiwiCreations is handmade in small batches, which means slight variations in colour or scent may naturally occur. It’s part of what makes each piece feel unique.

But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned in their original packaging.
Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back to us within another 14 days.

Please note:
We’re a small business and unfortunately can’t cover return postage costs for unwanted items.

Faulty or Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at nicky.kiwicreations@gmail.com as soon as possible — ideally with a photo.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away and cover any return postage if needed.
